REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION, REFUND & EVENT POSTPONEMENT POLICY

​1. Exhibitor Cancellation

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve exhibit space.

If the Exhibitor cancels its participation for any reason, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to:

ctc@FoodTruckExpoUSA.com

The Organizer will process the cancellation based on the date the written notice is received.

2. Organizer Cancellation

If FTE – Food Truck Expo is canceled by the Organizer for reasons within the Organizer's control and the event is not rescheduled, the Exhibitor will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

3. Event Postponement or Force Majeure

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Hurricanes, floods, or severe weather

  • Fire

  • Pandemic or public health emergency

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • War or terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Labor disputes

  • Venue closure

  • Any other force majeure event affecting the City, State, or United States

all exhibitor payments, including deposits and balances, will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

4. Credit Transfer

If the event is postponed due to a force majeure event and the Exhibitor is unable to participate on the new dates, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit equal to the amount paid.

This credit:

  • Is valid for the next scheduled FTE – Food Truck Expo.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • Has no cash value.

  • Expires if not used for the next scheduled edition of the event.

5. No-Show

Any Exhibitor who fails to occupy its assigned exhibit space by the published move-in deadline without prior written approval from the Organizer will be considered a "No-Show."

No refund or credit will be issued.

6. Acceptance

Submission of the Exhibitor Application and payment of the required deposit constitute acceptance of this Cancellation, Refund, and Event Postponement Policy.
